Capra Training:
We focus on skill training like handstand, front/back lever, human flag, muscle up, as well as bodyweight exercies including: pull ups, pushups, pistol squats, dragon squats and varous plyometrics. Class sizes are up to four people and we also provide individual 1:1 training.
